Harry and Florence- The Story Continues

Within a year, when Florence was 18 and Harry was 25 they were married. A year later, they had their first of three children, Roberta. Harry continued to play pool and in fact became the best player in Philadelphia and placed third in the world Nine Ball championship games.

Harry and Florence had three children, six grandchildren, and five Great Grandchildren. In their lifetime, they experienced five wars, the great depression, the invention of the radio, television, cell phone, the Internet, the airplane and saw men walking on the moon.

Harry passed at the age of 77, after 52 years of marriage and Florence when she was 87. They and their generation left a legacy of strength, responsibility and above all style.

 

 

1930's- The new family enjoys a vacation.

    1940's- Florence sees her brother off to war.     1940's- Florence with her friend Floss.  

  1940's- The war is endng as Florence's third child is born.

  1950's- Harry posses for a newspaper photo.   1950's - Harry and Florence  


  1960's- Florence sees her youngest son off to war.

    1970's- Wedding of Harry and Florence's first son.   1970's- Harry and Floence with their second Granddaughter.
